Delete a Celmonix product account

Use the product-specific deletion page when available. If you are not sure which product to choose, email us and include the product name.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@celmonix.com from the email address registered with the product account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
  3. Include the product name, registered email address, and whether you want to delete only the account or the account and associated product data.

What may be deleted

Depending on the product, account deletion may include your profile, authentication records, app data, uploaded files, preferences, and support records associated with your account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or platform compliance purposes. Backup copies may take additional time to expire.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is legally or operationally required.
