Request deletion of your MyMoney account

You can request deletion of your MyMoney account and associated personal finance data from the web.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@celmonix.com from the email address registered with your MyMoney account.
  2. Use the subject line: MyMoney account deletion request.
  3. Include your registered email address and whether you want to delete only the account or the account and associated MyMoney data.

If you cannot email from the registered address, include enough information for us to verify account ownership before deletion.

Data that may be deleted

Verified deletion requests may delete your MyMoney profile, authentication records, accounts, transactions, categories, tags, budgets, recurring transactions, goals, notification preferences, uploaded receipts/files, and other app data associated with your account.

Data that may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, app store, or compliance purposes. Backup copies may take additional time to expire.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is legally or operationally required.

In-app deletion

If your MyMoney app version includes an in-app account deletion option, you can also use that path. This web page remains available for users who no longer have the app installed.
