Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to MyMoney - Expense Manager, a personal finance and expense management app operated by Celmonix. It also applies to MyMoney support, legal, and account deletion pages.
Data we collect
Depending on how you use MyMoney, we may collect and process:
- Account information, such as name, email address, authentication details, and account status.
- Financial app data you enter, such as account names, account types, balances, income, expenses, transfers, refunds, transaction dates, categories, tags, budgets, recurring transactions, goals, notes, merchants, and currencies.
- Receipt or file data if you choose to upload receipts or related files.
- Notification data, such as device tokens and notification preferences, if you enable notifications.
- Support data, such as messages you send to support and related troubleshooting details.
- Technical data, such as app version, device type, operating system, crash or diagnostic information, IP address, and server logs.
MyMoney stores financial records only to provide the app features you choose to use. MyMoney is not a bank, lender, wallet, investment service, or financial advisor.
How we use data
- To create and secure your account.
- To provide expense tracking, accounts, budgets, goals, analysis, recurring transaction, receipt, and notification features.
- To sync app data across your devices when cloud features are used.
- To respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
- To improve reliability, diagnose bugs, protect against misuse, and maintain platform security.
- To comply with legal, tax, payment, app store, and policy obligations.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, authentication, and limited administrative access. No internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be fully secure, so you should use a strong password and keep your device secure.
Retention
We retain your account and app data while your account is active or as needed to provide MyMoney. We may retain limited records for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment, or app store compliance. Backup copies may take additional time to expire.
Deletion
You can request deletion of your MyMoney account and associated data at /products/mymoney/delete-account. We aim to respond within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is legally or operationally required.
Children
MyMoney is not designed for children and is not directed to users under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes
We may update this policy as MyMoney changes. We will update the date on this page when changes are made.
